Profile Picture

Hi there!

I’m currently immersed in the fascinating realm of Music Technology as a master’s student at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). My academic journey, under the guidance of Dr. Richard Stern and Dr. Roger Dannenberg, centers around the intersection of Audio AI and DSP. It is expected to culminate with my thesis, “A Neural Score Follower for Robust Computer Accompaniment of Polyphonic Musical Instruments.”

At CMU, I’ve completed advanced coursework in domains such as Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, NLP, DSP, Electroacoustics, and Interactive Media, and have embarked on practical implementations that have led to publications.

Previously, I completed an enriching internship with the QCT Multimedia R&D - Audio team at Qualcomm in San Diego, where I engaged in formulating a robust hearing loss compensation algorithm for over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids.

Beyond academics, I am an enthusiastic squash player and a considerably amateur MMA practitioner. My downtime often involves tinkering with my cutting-edge Linux installation, keeping up with the latest in aviation and railways, or cheering on my favorite sports teams [1][2].

I’m always eager to connect over shared interests, whether it’s technology, music, or just a good conversation. Feel free to dive into my projects or reach out if you’re interested in collaborating or exchanging ideas.

Thanks a lot for visiting my profile!
